1. Shipping Methods & Rates

2. Duties & Taxes

Our duty policy depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: XC-ESC covers all customs duties. Customers are not required to pay any additional tax fees. If you are charged any duties by customs, please contact us at sales7@xc-bldc.com for assistance or a refund.
  • DHL/UPS Shipping: Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. XC-ESC does not cover these costs. However, our team will proactively assist you with the necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Remote Areas

  • Non-Shipping Regions: Due to logistics limitations, we currently do not ship to: Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.
  • Remote Area Notice: For orders shipping to remote or rural locations, our sales team will contact you via your registered email to confirm the final shipping method and any potential additional freight surcharges.

4.Orders Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

ODP is divided into two stages:

  • Order processing time: the time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other similar reasons, may increase the estimated shipping time. Thanks for your patience.

Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.

Note:

  • Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us (sales@xc-bldc.com/sales7@xc-bldc.com) within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
  • If there is any force majeure that causes our products damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@xc-bldc.com/sales7@xc-bldc.com after you receive your package. And we hope to get your understanding and patience in this circumstance.
  • Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused by this.
  • If you change your mind midway, please don’t just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (sales@xc-bldc.com/sales7@xc-bldc.com) and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection.
  • Please contact us at sales@xc-bldc.com/sales7@xc-bldc.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.
  • If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us at sales@xc-bldc.com/sales7@xc-bldc.com within the day with pictures and/or videos.
